Q2. What is the profile considered for Starting Over?

Women who have taken a break for 2 years or more in their career due to personal reasons having an experience in similar industry/function are considered as potential candidates.
Q3. What are the terms of participation?

Selected candidates will be considered for regular employment opportunities as applicable. You can upload your CV on the Starting Over website based on current requirements and we shall contact you incase of suitable openings.
Q4. What is the Training & Reskilling Program?

We believe in adding value and fun to your life through various training and reskilling programs. Once on board, we make sure you undergo extensive training/ induction that will equip you to handle your job suitably.
Q5. Are the women who have taken break for educational purposes eligible to apply?

Yes, of course we welcome all women who want to restart their career after a break of 2 years or more.
